My Red Typewriter is place where four women, Angela Strand, Rachel Swearingen Wille, Wendy Balfour Lopes, and Nyree Wade collaborate and collectively produce short stories. This blog is somewhat of an amalgam of ideas and serves as a platform for creative writing, and literary inspiration.  On this site you will find book reviews, short stories, and blog posts by each author regarding current and upcoming projects and events. My Red Typewriter is a place where creativity is nurtured, and imagination flows without boundary.

 This blog was created simply to share creative ideas and short stories between four girls who enjoy making them. In other words, this is not a professional (Editors blog), however, it is an open playground for anyone who enjoys writing and shared interest in literature. So with that, Welcome and happy reading!

Hello everyone! I must say... I'm  excited to start my very first blog.  Today we'll be posting a photo challenge, as part of our,'My Red Typewriter' debut.
